Yes. • Rental rackets are available at the venue in the Pro Shop area on the floor rack. • Racket rental can be added to your booking in Playtomic or paid on site via MobilePay. • Balls are available for purchase in the Pro Shop. • If you wish you may use the used balls available at the venue free of charge. Please return the rental racket to the same place after your booking.

Absolutely. Padel Center organizes weekly events and mix sessions at different levels which you can join alone without your own group. These events are designed as low threshold games where the main focus is a good atmosphere and meeting new playing partners. There are also beginner mixes and events for less experienced players which are especially suitable for those who are new to padel or returning to the sport. Many players have found regular playing partners through these events so coming alone is more the rule than the exception. League matches follow the standard 24 hour cancellation policy. Matches are not cancelled or refunded within 24 hours. If you cannot play you can: • find a substitute player or • play the match with a different lineup and ask customer service to reschedule the match to a later date during customer service opening hours.

A league match can be rescheduled up to 30 days from the current date. • Players make the change themselves in Playtomic when the rescheduling window is open. • Rescheduling beyond 30 days is not possible. • Customer service does not make exceptions or reschedule matches beyond this limit.

Balls for league matches can be found on the Pro Shop shelf. After the match: • put the balls back into the tube • take the tube to the kitchen counter where they will be placed in the shared training ball storage
