PADEL CENTER ROVANIEMI
Padel Center League 2025-2026
Padel Center League is Padel Center Rovaniemi’s own league format competition, played from November to May. The goal is to build the most significant padel league of the year in Rovaniemi, offering exciting competition, a strong sense of community, and entertainment for both players and spectators.

League structure
-
Separate leagues: men and women (women may also choose to participate in the men’s league)
-
Players are placed into skill based divisions by the organisers
-
If needed, qualification matches are held at the beginning
-
Each division has a minimum of 6 pairs
-
During the season, three regular season rounds are played, with an average of 2–4 matches per month
-
After each round, promotion and relegation qualification matches are played between divisions
-
Throughout the season, the aim is to progress as high as possible before the season ending final event
Match day and final event
On Sundays, the weekly Padel Center League match day is played, with league matches taking place on all courts. Matches are mainly scheduled for this time, but if needed, games may also be played at other times to ensure that a suitable match time can be found for every pair. The café is open, and spectators are warmly welcome to watch the matches.
The entire season culminates in a highlight final event in May, where the finals of each division are decided. Finals are played for every division, with the detailed format of the final day announced before the start of the last round. The final event is, of course, also open to the public. After the matches, a league wide prize ceremony is held. Prizes are awarded at all levels, with higher divisions receiving more valuable prizes.
Main prize: a two person padel trip to Spain for the winning pairs of the top men’s and women’s divisions.*

Prizes and participation
-
Participation fee: 20 € / player per round. Participation fees are used for prizes and organisational costs. The price includes one one hour training court at Padel Center Rovaniemi.**
-
Players also pay for their own court bookings and balls. The official match ball is Babolat Court Padel (for league participants 6 € / tube).
-
Prizes are awarded in every round.
-
At the end of the season, an additional special prize will be awarded: Most spectacular moment – decided by a public vote from videos at the final event.
Registration and season start
-
Registration is open until 21 December 2025
-
The second round begins in January
-
Divisions are formed based on the results of the previous round and the qualification round
-
New pairs will normally start from the lowest division. If a new pair wishes to start at a higher level, except the top division, qualification matches will be arranged. See the Padel Center League rules.
-
* The minimum number of participants is 24 pairs per league.
-
**On weekdays between 6:00 and 15:00, each pair is entitled to one training court per round. The training session is used by the pair only, and a coach may join if desired. Training sessions cannot be saved or carried over and must be used during the same round. Training sessions are personal and cannot be transferred to other players. A training court can be booked no earlier than the day before the session.
