How do I book a court?

Courts are booked and paid for via Playtomic. Download the app or use a browser → create a user account → search for Padel Center Rovaniemi → choose a court and time → pay for the booking. You will receive a door access code with your booking, which you can use to enter the hall.

Can I cancel a booking?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations are made in Playtomic. If you cancel in time, usually at least 24 hours before the booking, the payment is automatically refunded.

Do I need to be a member to book a session or train?

Accepted Answer

No. Court bookings and many events are open to everyone. However, Arctic Padel membership is required for those taking part in coaching groups and club activities.

Can I rent a racket and balls?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Rental rackets are available at the hall. Racket rental can be added to your booking in Playtomic or paid at the hall via MobilePay. Balls are available for purchase at the hall, and if you wish, you may also use the used balls available at the hall free of charge.

Are there changing rooms and showers in the hall?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Separate changing rooms for men and women are available, along with showers and comfortable sauna facilities.

If I can't find any friends to play with, can I still come?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Through Playtomic you can sign up for open games or participate in weekly events, such as mixings, where you can come alone. You can also contact Ville - Ville will help you find a WhatsApp game group of the appropriate level.

Can I pay with Smartum, ePassi, or other employee wellness benefits?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We accept the most common employee wellness benefits, such as Smartum, ePassi, and Edenred. You can use wellness benefits to pay for coaching and court bookings. Make the payment to Padel Center Rovaniemi through your wellness benefit provider, send the receipt to info@padelcenterrovaniemi.fi,(mailto:info@padelcenterrovaniemi.fi) and we will add the amount you paid to your Playtomic club wallet. When using your club wallet balance, Playtomic does not charge any service fees.

Is coaching available for children and young people?

Yes. We offer coaching groups for juniors aged 4–18. Training sessions take place on weekday afternoons and at weekends, and groups are formed based on age and skill level.
